The Kaboom Box is up and running on Granville in downtown Vancouver. Formally the 'Fresh Local Wild' cart, Andrew Fielding has taken the helm, while co-founder Josh Wolfe has kept the name and is working on something new. The locally sourced game meat burgers, mouth-watering osyter po-boys and their famous hot smoked sockeye salmich remain, along with the fantastic location and great service. The Kaboom Box is located on the north-west corner of Granville and Robson Their hours are: 11:30am-3:00pm Tuesday-Friday and 12:00pm-5:00pm on Saturday.
